Food is decent and affordable. There's a good variety of pizzas and pasta to enjoy. Service is excellent, but the patrons, not quite. As a previous review mentioned, bratty children running around is typical, and it can get pretty noisy since most parents don't have the guts to be parents and keep their kids under control. They have plenty of TV screens that mostly show Cartoon Network. Overall, the food and service are great. It's great if you're hungry, though I would avoid if you want some peace and quiet.

NEGATIVE 5 STARS!! 2 live German roaches ran across our table while we were eating, the manager gave us free kids Buffett coupon for our next time back, but I can promise we won't be going back! The place is huge if we saw two roaches during our 20 min stay then I'm sure the place is saturated in them

Everything was good. Not a big variety of pasta as some other cici's I've been too. Overall I'd come back since it's literally around the corner from where I live. But if I have the time or not feeling lazy, I'd go somewhere else.

I use to eat here alot as a kid and while it's good for them because they don't care pizzas pizza to them. But prices went up just alittle but and the reason we go there is for a mediocre decent Italian meal for a big family , cheap. But it seems like the moment I take my pizza out of the lights it gets cold right away. Pasta I must say is good. Iove the extra sauce! Pizza is okay but obviously buffet style isn't gourmet ooey gooey sauce covered cheese heaven kinda pizza. It's just pizza haha. The drink station is always nasty and sticky. I've never once seen it clean and that goes for the bathrooms too. So small too! This place needs a major model makeover. Close down this place and make it more comforting and kid friendly. It looks like a legit cafeteria. Just cause it's a buffet doesn't mean it should look like a caff. The desserts are very good though. Good thing about them is if your lucky the pizza you want won't be there cause then they make a complete FRESH new one. Lucky you! Lol so while itts cheap you deffintley get what you paid for. I mean dang ill always come cause it's cheap and quick but I'm not gonna be all excited like OMG yay.

I give 2 stars because the food is good although the selection is quite limited, but the silverware here is extremely dirty. That is an extremely big negative for me. At first, I thought it was just the first few forks and spoons, but when I went to get different forks & spoons, they were also different. My family and I went to a CiCi's in Orlando, and another one in Tampa, and the overall experience in both of those places was much better. I hope they take this seriously and address it promptly. People could get sick from things like this.

I used to eat here. They had all the crappy pizza you could eat for like three dollars. Don't know if they still do. There were always lots of noisy, bratty, uncontrollable kids running around the place.
